Private Bookings
We are excited to help you celebrate your special event! The Grand County Discovery Zone is available for private event rentals, with the following policies and details:
Event Capacity
Maximum of 40 people total, including both adults and children.
Reservation Details
Each reservation includes 2 hours of private access to the Discovery Zone.
During your reserved time, children can play, eat, and celebrate in a safe and fun environment.
Families are welcome to bring:
Table decorations
Dessert
Outside food
Note: Hanging decorations are allowed but must not damage the facility. Families must bring their hanging materials. No holes, nails, or adhesives that leave residue may be used.
What's Included
Rental includes tables and chairs for up to 30 guests and your choice of color for tablecloths.
Food & Supplies
Families are welcome to bring in their food from home or a restaurant to enjoy during the event. Please note:
Grand County Discovery Zone does not provide any food or beverages.
We do not supply disposable items such as plates, napkins, utensils, cups, or serving ware.
Families must bring all necessary food-related supplies for their event.

Reservations are encouraged to be made at least 30 days in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.
Cleanup
At the end of your event, families are responsible for:
Cleaning up all decorations, food, and trash
Disposing of any materials brought in
Grand County Discovery Zone will handle the return of rented tables and chairs to Party Chasers.
Any leftover trash, stains, or damage may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.
Pricing
9:00 AM-11:00 AM: $300
4:00 PM–6:00 PM: $150
